• A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
• There is a 10% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
• Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• Tools are not returnable.
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
• Return requests, including cores, and exchanges need to be within 30 days of receipt.
• Core returns for remanufactured parts must be in the same Mercedes Benz box which the reman part was packed. Cores that are physically damaged are not eligible for refund. The responsibility to ship the core back to ShopMBparts.com is that of the customer and must be drained thoughoroly of any fluids before shipment.
• If you feel a part shipped is incorrect, and a VIN was not supplied with your order, the restocking fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
• If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer we do not accept returns.
